At MD Global Stores, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Note that personalized or special-order products are non-returnable. Thank you for shopping with us.
